Description
The red wine Celsus is made in a small plot almost centennial, old vineyard and low yield. Celsus is a limited edition of a wine that is only made in those vintages of extraordinary quality.
Celsus is aged for 14 months in new fine-grained French oak barrels.
Celsus Tasting Note
The Celsus wine is cherry-coloured with a garnet edge, very intense. Aromas of ripe fruit, powerful, toasted, with chocolates and mineral. On the palate it is tasty and meaty, with good unctuosity and marked spices. Ripe tannin. Persistent.
