AROMA: fresh aromas of pear, subtle notes of nuts and vanilla.

PALATE: Fresh and elegant on the palate with citrus flavours. A pleasant and solid cereal taste.

It is enjoyed as an aperitif with foie gras. It also goes well with poultry, such as duck breast with figs and almonds.
