Description

The white wine de Isabel Ferrando Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is an oenological gem produced from two hectares in the emblematic lieu-dit Saint Prefert, located in the Les Serres district. This terroir-driven wine, crafted under organic and biodynamic principles, marks a new chapter for the Isabel Ferrando family in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It is made primarily from Clairette (60%) and Roussanne (40%), two varietals that contribute freshness, salinity, and a silky texture.

Aged for six months in glass globes and used oak foudres, this white wine stands out for its purity, minerality, and aging potential. Ideal for lovers of elegant and characterful white wines, it perfectly expresses a terroir of pebbles, gravel, blue clay, and sand.

Tasting Note Isabel Ferrando Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

The de Isabel Ferrando Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc delivers a complex and refined sensory experience. On the nose, it reveals floral notes of acacia, linden, jasmine, and wild rose, complemented by stone fruit nuances such as pear and yellow peach. On the palate, it opens with a juicy and refreshing entry, a mid-palate marked by salinity and vibrant acidity, and a long, tense, slightly citrusy finish. Its natural freshness and balance make it an exceptional white within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, perfect for enjoying now or aging.
