Duo Des Mers 2017 is a young white wine made BY the Les Producteurs Réunis winery. The grapes are harvested relatively soon with respect to the aromatic potential in order to obtain a fresh style. This is done at night when the temperature is fresh; Pressing is carried out in an inert atmosphere. Both steps are important to prevent pre-service oxidation of the subtle aromas of both varieties. The must ferments at low temperature and is controlled daily.
