Eko Organic Monastrell is the result of the selection of grapes from the classic Monastrell variety of the best vineyards of the Alicante denomination of origin, ideal to accompany with sausages, red meats and hunting.
Selection of old vineyards of low production coming from ecological cultivation of the zone of the south of Alicante. Destemming and Suaveestrujado. Incubated in empty tanks where cold pre-fermentation is carried out. Maximum fermentation temperature 26 º C.
Eko Organic Monastrell Tasting Note
Eko Organic Monastrell is a ruby red color. Memories of very ripe red fruit with a background of vanilla and moka. Elegant passage of mouth, with round tannin, red fruit compote, balanced acidity and a slightly roasted finish.
