Description

Finca Collado Tinto Garnacha-Monastrell is a wine produced by Bodega Finca Collado in the Alto Vinalopó region, in Salinas.

It is made from a blend of Garnacha and Monastrell grapes from vineyards located at an altitude of over 600 meters, in poor, stony soils that favor low yields and high aromatic concentration. The continental climate with Mediterranean influence, marked by strong temperature contrasts between day and night, allows for slow and balanced ripening of the grapes, preserving their freshness and structure. The production process is geared towards respecting the varietal expression and character of the terroir, seeking an intense, honest, and gastronomic wine.

Tasting notes for Finca Collado Tinto Garnacha-Monastrell:

In the glass, it has an intense cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by notes of plum and light spicy and balsamic hints.
