AGEING: Specimen Nº2 aged an average of 48 months between Bordeaux barrels of 500 l. and wooden foudre of 1,200 l.
Tasting Notes of Finca Villacreces Specimen N2
Intense cherry red color with garnet tones. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, licorice with mineral and balsamic nuances. In the mouth it shows fat and volume with a long and persistent finish of ripe tannins reminiscent of licorice and coffee.
