Gin Jinzu is a British gin that is characterized for being made with sake and other Japanese botanists or Japanese-inspired.
Specifically, this quasi-Japanese gin uses in its elaboration the aforementioned Japanese liquor made from rice, sake, and botanicals such as cherry blossom, cilantro and yuzu, the latter an unmistakable Asian citrus.

The Jinzu gin results in both nose and mouth prominently citrus, with the aroma and flavor of the yuzu as a protagonist accompanied by notes of cilantro and cherry blossom. Its end in the mouth, as it could not be otherwise, is mainly starring in the characteristic flavor of sake.
