Description

Gin Xoriguer is made using a traditional method called simple distillation or "one-shot-method". High-quality wine alcohol, junipers preferably from the Pyrenees, water from the Mahón well, sublimated by fire, which feeds on wood from the forests of Menorca, in copper stills of more than two centuries old, give rise to a gin of unique and singular character.
