Description
Guímaro is a white wine of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra made by Bodega Guímaro based on vineyards with more than 70 years, this is a wine of limited production from which the Bodega Guímaro only produces a thousand bottles.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in used casks and aged on their fine lees for about 1 year.
Tasting notes of Guímaro Godello
Guímaro is bright yellow.
On nose fruity and floral aromas with memories of its ageing in Lees. Mineral notes.
The palate is sweet, floral, fresh and complex, with a marked acidity.
