La Gabacha is a white wine produced by Casa Rojo 100% Sauvignon blanc and from the Rueda Denomination of Origin.
Vineyards aged between 20 and 30 years of Sauvignon Blanc variety, located in Valdestillas, Valladolid, with an altitude of 750 metres, mechanised harvesting and harvested at night.
TASTING NOTES OF GARBACHA SAUVIGNON BLANC
La Garbacha has clear notes of primary aromes that easily identifies this grape variety: Green apple, grapefruit and peach in syrup. A breath of fresh air and touches of new grass. Very well balanced in the mouth, perfect to pair with sea dishes.
