The 2019 Bull pruning is a red wine of the D.O. Toro 100% Tempranillo. Maceration in cold for 4 days to preserve the fruit and achieve more color extraction. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Ageing from 4 to 6 months in casks, to bring fineness to the wine and preserve the fruit.

The 2015 Bull pruning is a black cherry coloured wine. Ripe red and black fruit nose, toasted and spices of wood touches. On the palate it is silky and juicy. I remember ripe sweet fruit, fresh finish with a warm step by mouth.
