The peaty casks lead the spices and smoke in their eternal dance with deep sweetness. The soft, oily start shimmers with a sweet richness, before citrus lemon and sea salt bring freshness and a burst of spice to savour.

In the mid palate, the flavour becomes drier, its smoky intensity increasing. Big waves of peat envelop the long, smoky and spicy finish.
