Lomopardo is a red wine made by vineyards of Lomopardo 100% Mencia. Ageing of 6 months in new barrels and one year of French oak. Fermentation for 10 days at a temperature of 25 º.
Lomopardo Tasting Notes
Cherry red wine and a high layer. Frank nose with notes of ripe forest fruits on spices and toasted sensations of the passage by barrel. There are mineral and earthy aromas, with sensations of snuff, balsamics and pencil mine. In the mouth it is ample, fruity with very good step and route, accompanied by a correct acidity that makes it fresh and very pleasant until a lasting and fruity aftertaste. Intense and elegant retronasal, with the typical aromas of Mencía.
