Mezcal Alipús Uncle Jesus is a mezcal elaborated 80% sprat (Angustifolia Haw) and 20% Arroqueño (American variety) of the Potrero de Sola de Vega. Produced by Tio Jesús in the Potrero de Sola de Vega in conical oven under ground after being ground with mallet on wooden canoe. Natural fermentation in cylindrical wooden tubs. Double distillation in clay pots.
