Morca is a red wine made from Grenache by Bodegas Morca in the Campo de Borja DO.
Made from grapes coming from the youngest vines of the estate, planted in small, low-yielding plots and harvested by hand, fermented in small tanks at a controlled temperature of 22º-26ºC. Matured for 20 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes of Morca
Morca is a wine with an intense purple colour.
Aromas of ripe cherries and plums framed with notes of cedar and spices.
The palate offers great concentration, with pronounced flavours of red fruit jam, the finely integrated tannins give it a long, lingering finish.
