Moscatel Toneles is a Moscatel wine made by Bodegas Valdespino in the DO Jeréz-Xérès-Sherry following the traditional method of criaderas and soleras.
A jewel of Andalusian oenology, a wine that, weighing its age, really unknown, although it is estimated that it may be between 75 and 100 years old due to its organoleptic characteristics and the history of the solera, retains an acidity, concentration and a harmony difficult to overcome. A muscat that amazes for the freshness it shows in the mouth, in perfect balance with its sweetness and age.
Bodegas Valdespino is undoubtedly one of the best representatives of the heritage and quality of Jerez wines. The winery, from which we can find activity since 1430, became part of the Estévez Group in 1999, becoming the jewel in the crown of the group as it became with this Moscatel Toneles Viejísimo, a peculiar and rare muscat, which is made of the very old reserves of the Valdespino wineries
