Ojo de Gallo is a white wine made by Bodega José Estévez coming entirely from Palomino Fino grape from als Viñas de Macharnudo, one of the great payments of Spain. An icon of its origin and a pride for José Estévez and the viticulture of the Marco de Jerez.
