The company, now run by a second generation, remains committed to certified quality and care throughout the manufacturing process. Only three ingredients are used: potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and salt. The selection of the potatoes is rigorous, looking for those that are regular, without eyes, without greening, resistant to infection and with a size greater than 50 mm.
The extra virgin olive oil is used in a special way, avoiding overheating and replacing it permanently with new oil to preserve its qualities. The salting process is carried out manually, and at each stage of the production process, the staff supervises and takes great care to ensure the quality of the final product.
