Pelissero Langhe Nebbiolo 2020

Pelissero Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo in the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC by the Pelissero family.

From exclusively Nebbiolo vineyards and Guyot training system with about 5000 vines per hectare. Once in the cellar, after a long maceration with daily pumping over and fermentation at a controlled and constant temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Pelissero Langhe Nebbiolo Tasting Notes

The nose is persistent, with notes of fruit typical of this wine, such as strawberry and raspberry on a background of eucalyptus, juniper, tobacco, iron and tar.

In the mouth it is rustic and thick, persistent, with a light tannin (typical of the variety) very rounded by the wood. Persistent and stimulating finish.
