Description

Brión Arume is an artisanal white wine from the Ribeiro Designation of Origin, produced in the Avia valley from the Treixadura variety. It comes from vineyards located at 250 metres above sea level, on decomposed granite soils that provide finesse, freshness and a marked mineral expression. Harvesting is carried out manually in small 10 kg boxes, ensuring careful grape selection and maximum respect for the raw material.

Fermentation in wood and subsequent ageing in foudres and barrels add complexity and structure without overshadowing the varietal identity or the Atlantic character of the wine. Brión Arume stands out for its elegant, balanced and deep profile, combining aromatic intensity, freshness and a notable length on the palate. It is a gastronomic white wine, designed for those seeking Ribeiro wines with personality, precision and ageing potential.

Tasting notes Brión Arume

Appearance: medium-depth lemon yellow colour, clean and bright.

Nose: elegant and well-defined aromatic expression, with notes of white flowers, stone fruit and fresh nuances that reflect the purity of Treixadura and the influence of granite soils.

Palate: intense and enveloping, with flavours of apricot and peach integrated with ripe white fruit. It stands out for its balance, broad texture and a long, fresh finish that invites continued enjoyment.
