Description

This exceptional red wine is born from old vines with very low yields cultivated under strict organic farming principles in the Requena region. The philosophy of minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the winery allows the terroir to express itself with unmatched authenticity.

What truly makes Clay Bobal unique is its vinification and ageing process: after fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine rests for six months on its fine lees in traditional 1,000-liter fired clay amphorae. This ancestral ageing method in clay allows constant and delicate micro-oxygenation, refining the texture of the wine without masking its fruit character with the toasted or vanilla aromas typical of oak. The result is a vibrant, honest red wine deeply rooted in its origin.

Presented in an exclusive opaque glazed stoneware bottle sealed with wax, Clay Tinto Bobal Orgánico not only protects the wine optimally from light but also pays tribute to the historical vessels of winemaking.
