Sērum Gorgas is named after the hero and general William C. Gorgas. This US Army surgeon saved the lives of thousands of workers by eliminating yellow fever and malaria during the construction of the bridge across the Panama Canal.

AROMA: Spicy aroma with vanilla, orange zest and woody notes.

PALATE: warm and full-bodied on the palate, followed by exotic fruits and honey, followed by a subtle spiciness.
