Tomás González Crianza 2015 is a red wine of the D.O. Ribera del Duero elaborated BY the Bodegas Palacio group. It is a wine in homage to the father of the promoter of this project. Tomás González taught him values as important as effort, sacrifice, honesty. These values are reflected and are present in all their wines. Wines where the work and the pursuit of excellence are the key. A cellar wine with 15 months of ageing in casks.
Tasting notes of Tomás González Crianza
Tomás González Crianza 2015 is De high layer, very intense, with dark background and bruised edging.
Intense Aroma of red and black fruits interspersed with subtle touches of low mount. Memories of licorice come together with touches of pine nuts, smoke, Cholotale.
Powerful but delicate entrance, velvety tannin, fine and elegant from beginning to end. It surprises the mineralized and the volume in the mouth. We have memories of the blackberries interspersed with chocolate and subtle balsamic touches reminiscent of the thyme and the low mountain surrounding the vineyard.
