Valché Excelso 2019

Valché Excelso is a white wine made from Macabeo grapes in the Bullas PDO by the Monastrell winery.

With the aim of recovering pre-phylloxera white grape varieties and the joint work of Jesús Madrazo and Alfonso J. García, this wine is born with the capacity to age, but it does not prevent its maximum enjoyment in the present moment.

Its wines are produced 100% under the D.O.P. Bullas seal. They are certified and thus guarantee the origin of the grapes harvested from their plots located in the Aceniche Valley. They are a 100% organic winery. All the wines are produced according to European Union standards and have an organic certification that guarantees their respectful production.

This wine is forged from carefully selected grapes from 30 year old vines in the picturesque Aceniche Valley, where time has left its mark on these vines trained in the traditional goblet style.
