Tasting notes of Los Yesares:

Appearance: It has a deep red color with violet reflections, indicating its young and vibrant character.

Nose: Intense aroma of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, along with notes of violets, licorice and a subtle mineral touch that evokes the limestone of its terroir. The nuances of sweet spices such as cinnamon provide a unique aromatic complexity.

Taste: On the palate, Cerrón Los Yesares 2022 is expressive and enveloping, with fine tannins and a balanced acidity that give it freshness. Flavours of black fruit and spices merge into a long, mineral finish, characteristic of the gypsum soils from which it comes.
