Grappa Aldo Bottega is a premium Italian grappa crafted in the Veneto region as a tribute to Aldo Bottega, founder of the distillery in 1977.

Its production begins with a careful selection of grapes such as Pinot, Cabernet, and Merlot, whose fresh and fragrant pomace undergoes triple distillation in traditional copper stills. This artisanal method, carried out under vacuum and with bain-marie heating, preserves the full aromatic richness of the grape, resulting in a crystalline, elegant spirit with great personality. After resting for six months in stainless steel tanks, Grappa Aldo Bottega achieves a balanced smoothness and unique aromatic intensity, establishing itself as one of the most prestigious references in the Bottega portfolio.
