The production process begins in the Picardy region, in northern France, where high-quality soft winter wheat is grown, the very same that supplies the most exclusive bakeries in Paris. After a five-fold continuous distillation in column stills, the distillate is blended with pure spring water naturally filtered through the limestone of Gensac-la-Pallue, in the Cognac region. Subsequently, it is infused with the natural aromas and juices of the fruits harvested at their optimum point of ripeness in selected fields across France, Spain, and Morocco. Unlike other spirit drinks, Grey Goose Berry Rouge contains no added sugars or artificial additives, maintaining an alcohol volume of 40% (80 Proof) which preserves the structure, body, and signature silkiness of the brand.
