Description
Joan de la Casa #Dissident 2019 is an organic, minimally intervened red wine made in Benissa, in the Marina Alta region of Alicante.
This blend of Giró, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards located 150 meters above sea level, on white limestone soils with a marked Mediterranean influence.
Tasting notes for Joan de la Casa Dissident:
Appearance: Medium-intensity ruby red color, clean and bright.
Nose: Balsamic aromas with notes of ripe black fruit, flint, and a subtle hint of gunpowder.
Palate: Powerful, flavorful, and direct, with a pleasant and warm aftertaste. Ideal with grilled meats, cured cheeses, and Iberian cured meats.
