Appearance: A brilliant pale golden color, with an elegant effervescence and a fine and continuous bubble that shows its meticulous elaboration.

Nose: Floral and citrus notes stand out, with nuances of white fruits (apple, pear), hints of toasted almonds and subtle aromas of brioche bread and honey, reflecting its aging on lees.

Palate: On the palate it is creamy and structured, with a vibrant and perfectly balanced acidity. Flavours of fresh fruits are perceived, a delicate touch of vanilla and hazelnuts, and a long and harmonious finish with subtle mineral notes.
