Description

Nimi Tossal Reserva is a limited-edition dry white wine made with 100% Muscat of Alexandria from old vines between 40 and 60 years old, organically grown on white limestone soils in Benissa, Marina Alta (Alicante).

This wine is distinguished by its vinification in contact with the skins (brisado), spontaneous fermentation in American oak barrels, and aging on lees for 12 months, without the addition of additives or corrections.

Tasting Notes for Nimi Tossal Reserva:

Appearance: Clean and bright yellow color with golden hues.

Nose: Complex and dense aromas of candied fruit, ripe melon, pineapple, orange peel, anise, cocoa, toffee, butter, and subtle bakery notes.

Palate: Voluminous, saline, silky, and balanced, with a remarkable persistence. The flavors of ripe fruit and spicy notes blend harmoniously, offering a rich and lingering taste experience.
