Aus Pet Nat is an organic dry white wine made with the Pansa Blanc (Xarel-lo) variety by the Pujol-Busquets family.
Aus Pét-Nat, made with grapes from organic farming and with impeccable health. After a light pressing and without the addition of sulphites or any other product, fermentation will begin spontaneously at a temperature of 15ºC. End of the first fermentation in the bottle without filtering following the Ancestral Method. It is put on the market corked with the same crown cork as at the end of fermentation (without disgorging).
Appearance - Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and light bubbles - slightly cloudy (due to its method of elaboration).
Nose - Floral aromas of white fruits (pear, green apple) and herbs (fennel) with a subtle undertone of green almonds.
Palate - Light dry wine, fresh and rustic at the same time, slightly sparkling with a crisp bubble. Floral, white fruit and green almond flavours recalling the aromas perceived on the nose.
