Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs is a champagne made BY the Barons de Rothschild winery elaborated with Chardonnay grape varieties from the most famous crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Oger and Vertus.

The famous delicacy of Blanc de Blancs de Barons de Rothschild comes from the coupage of the best Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Champagne area and the ageing process of at least four years in the winery.

Of inimitable brilliance, delicate bubbles and golden gleams full of light, Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs delights us with notes of fresh fruit and ripe citrus. The low dosage and its prolonged ageing after disgorging (from 6 to 9 months) enhance its innate quality.
The Chardonnay variety shows in this Champagne all its authenticity and purity intrinsic to be appreciated in any occasion and time of day.

The exclusive cuvée of Chardonnay comes from the main Crus of Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger. Reserva wines are used for a minimum of 40% of the mixture. The knowledge acquired for centuries by the Maison Barons de Rothschild are key to achieving an excellent blend year after year.

Tasting notes of Barons de Rothschild Brut

Barons de Rothschild Brut is distinguished by its crystalline light yellow color that discovers the thin foam and the constant columns of delicate bubbles.

The Chardonnay is totally unmistakable in this cuvée with intense aromas of a rare purity. The dominant citrus notes are blended with aromatic touches of fresh almonds and fruit raisins.

Very precise and clear entrance that continues with a silky freshness given by the notes of citrus and white fruits. Creamy sensation of finely carved bubbles that blends with a persistent and distinguished sweetness of mineral touches.
