Champagne Pierre Gerbais Grains de Celles Rosé is an artisanal champagne crafted in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar, a region renowned for the quality of its clay-limestone soils.

It is a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and a small proportion of Pinot Blanc, with a touch of estate red wine to provide the delicate rosé hue. The philosophy of the Gerbais family, based on respect for the vineyard and minimal intervention, gives rise to a champagne with identity, freshness, and authenticity, a true reflection of the Côte des Bar terroir.

Tasting notes

On the eye, it displays a bright salmon color with coppery highlights and fine, persistent bubbles.

On the nose, it reveals an elegant and intense bouquet, with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate, and subtle floral hints, alongside citrus and mineral nuances.

On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and seductive, with a creamy texture, good structure, and a long, vibrant finish where fruity memories and delicate minerality reappear.
