Description
Finca Villacreces is a red wine produced in the prestigious Ribera del Duero region by the renowned Bodega Finca Villacreces winery.
It comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Golden Mile, with a careful selection of mainly Tempranillo grapes, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After manual harvesting and precise vinification, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, achieving an elegant, structured profile that is faithful to the identity of the terroir. This vintage stands out for its balance and excellent fruit expression, the result of favorable climatic conditions and slow ripening.
Finca Villacreces tasting notes:
In the glass, it has an intense cherry red color with a violet rim. On the nose, it displays complex aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by spicy notes, hints of cocoa, fine toasted notes, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is full-bodied, silky, and well-structured, with polished tannins and balanced acidity that brings freshness. The palate is enveloping and elegant, with a long, persistent finish in which the fruity notes and nuances of aging reappear. Ideal with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
