Los Danzantes Joven Coyote Mezcal is an artisanal expression crafted in Zimatlán de Álvarez, Oaxaca, from Coyote agave (Agave americana) cultivated in the Río Flor area.

Under the mastery of Karina Abad Rojas, this mezcal is produced using traditional methods: underground conical pit roasting with white oak wood, stone milling pulled by a horse, natural fermentation in wooden vats with native yeasts, and double distillation in copper stills. The result is a young mezcal with a unique sensory complexity, ideal for those seeking authenticity and character in every sip.

Tasting notes of Los Danzantes Joven Coyote Mezcal

In appearance, it is completely transparent. On the nose, it offers sweet aromas of cooked agave, ripe fruit, and plum.
