This red wine is the result of a meticulous selection of 100% Tempranillo grapes, coming from old vines over 70 years old located in the best plots of Haro and its surroundings. At Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, tradition and innovation go hand in hand; therefore, the vinification of Mirto is carried out with fermentation in small French oak vats at a controlled temperature, followed by a malolactic fermentation without racking, using the bâtonnage technique to extract maximum unctuousness. Its aging of 19 to 24 months in new French Allier oak barrels imparts spicy and toasted notes that masterfully integrate with the ripe black fruit. Tasting Note Mirto

Appearance: Very opaque purple color, deep and bright.
