Nuet 2020

Nuet is a red wine made from Monastrell grapes by La Zafra in the Valencia D.O.

Sustainable dry farming and goblet pruning (traditional). Harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning, the grapes are transported directly to the micro-cellar.

Three days of maceration with the skins. Fermentation begins in 300-litre tanks at 20ºC for 20 days. Minimal intervention in the winery. No chemicals or commercial yeasts. No added sulphites. Unfiltered and unclarified.

Very light, dry and fruity.
