This pure expression of Chardonnay, made from a single vintage and with extended time on the lees, was the first style produced at Nyetimber and marked the beginning of its pioneering journey in the early 1990s.

Light golden hue and a fine, delicate mousse.

Aromas of lemon sorbet and honeysuckle lead to notes of fresh pastry and vanilla.

The palate is round and smooth, offering generous but elegant notes of green apple, lemon zest, orange blossom and camomile, with a hint of baked hazelnut. Subtle minerality accentuates the fresh, crisp acidity, leading to a long, complex finish.
