Description

Discover the exclusivity and magic of the Mediterranean with the sweet wine Oscar Mestre Moscatel Noble, an authentic oenological jewel from the prestigious DO Alicante.

Crafted with passion and mastery by the young and talented oenologist Óscar Mestre, this extremely limited production wine (barely 1,200 bottles) represents the ultimate expression of the Muscat of Alexandria grape. Cultivated in high-altitude vineyards caressed by the sea breeze, the grapes undergo a meticulous raisining process both on the vine itself and on traditional reed mats (pasera). This ancestral technique concentrates natural sugars and aromas, resulting in a must of unmatched richness.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, without added alcohol, respecting the purity of the terroir. Subsequently, the wine ages for 24 months in a unique combination of French oak barrels and old butts that previously contained amontillado soleras, providing extraordinary complexity and depth. Awarded 93 Parker Points, Oscar Mestre Moscatel Noble is a sweet, aromatic, and perfectly balanced wine, ideal for collectors and luxury wine lovers. Its seductive profile reveals notes of candied stone fruit, honey, frosted citrus, and subtle oxidative and toasted nuances from its noble aging. Buying Oscar Mestre Moscatel Noble is investing in an incomparable sensory experience, a tribute to the Alicante winemaking tradition elevated to the category of art. Perfect for accompanying haute patisserie, blue cheeses, or enjoying as a meditation wine.
