Philippe Pacalet Blanco 2022
D.O Languedoc Roussillon
Chardonnay
Description
Philippe Pacalet Ladoix Blanc is an exceptional natural white wine crafted in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. Sourced from Chardonnay vineyards over 30 years old cultivated under biodynamic principles on clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects the purity of the terroir without artifice. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts and with no added sulfites during fermentation. The result is a white wine of great tension, freshness, and saline mineral character, balanced by fruit ripeness.
