Description

Brion Cepas Vellas Godello is a limited-production white wine made in the Ribeira Sacra, specifically in the Quiroga area, one of the most distinctive regions of Galician viticulture. It comes from old Godello vines grown on parcels located between 250 and 400 meters above sea level, on soils of schist, quartz, and slate that provide a strong mineral identity and depth to the wine.

The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes, preserving the integrity of the grapes and allowing only the best bunches to be selected. Fermentation in wood and subsequent ageing in foudres and barrels add complexity, volume, and elegance, always respecting the varietal character and the pronounced Atlantic influence of the wine. With very limited production, Brion Cepas Vellas Godello is an ideal reference for those seeking white wines from Ribeira Sacra with personality, structure, and gastronomic versatility.

Tasting notes Brion Cepas Vellas Godello

On the nose it shows a medium-layer lemon color, clean and bright.

The nose offers good aromatic intensity, with notes of pear and white fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of vanilla from the wood ageing, adding complexity and finesse.
