Alta Alella Parvus Syrah 2021 is an organic red wine with great personality, made from 100% Syrah at the prestigious Alta Alella winery, located in the D.O. Alella.

This wine stands out for its freshness and balance, reflecting the influence of the Mediterranean and the sauló (decomposed granite) soils, which provide minerality and elegance.

Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, Parvus Syrah 2021 is a modern wine, with aromatic intensity and a silky structure, perfect for lovers of wines with character.

Alta Alella Parvus Syrah tasting notes:

Appearance: Intense cherry red color with violet reflections, bright and clean.

Nose: Powerful aromas of ripe red and black fruits (blackberries, plums, blueberries) with spicy notes of black pepper and cloves. Balsamic nuances and a subtle smoky touch due to its aging in barrels.

Palate: Fresh and vibrant entry, with soft and well-integrated tannins. Balanced on the palate, with good acidity and a long finish with hints of ripe fruit and sweet spices.
