El Viñas Serranas El Helechal Solera 2022 is a unique white wine, made from native varieties of the Sierra de Salamanca, where the mountain climate and granitic soils impart a unique, mineral character.

A limited edition that reflects respect for traditional viticulture and minimal intervention in the winery, always seeking the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir.

Tasting notes of El Helechal Solera:

Clean and bright straw yellow color with golden hues.

Intense and fresh aromas of white fruit (pear, apple), ripe citrus fruits, and white flowers, accompanied by delicate herbaceous notes and hints of raw almonds. A subtle mineral and saline background is highlighted by the granitic soil.

The palate is vibrant, with fresh, well-integrated acidity. It has a creamy texture and a light sensation of volume thanks to the ageing on the lees. Long, elegant finish with citrus nuances, hints of stone fruit, and a refreshing saline echo.
