Description

Mestizaje is an aged red wine produced by Bodega Mustiguillo, located in the El Terrerazo - Valencia D.O.P. It is a modern and highly regarded wine that combines tradition with contemporary viticulture and winemaking techniques.

A blend of Bobal, Garnacha, and Syrah grapes. Vineyards located in El Terrerazo at an altitude of around 800m, on dolomitic limestone soils.

Traditional viticulture, with respect for the environment and manual harvesting, separate fermentation for each variety.

Maceration and controlled fermentation in French oak and stainless steel tanks, aged for around 10 months in French oak barrels.

Cherry red color with violet reflections, clean and bright with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes, and a mineral background.

Fresh and balanced on the palate, with silky tannins and a harmonious finish.

Pairs well with paella, white or red meats, pasta, cold cuts, mild cheeses, Asian cuisine, or even as an aperitif.
