Description

The Muga Prado Enea Gran Reserva is an undisputed masterpiece of the DOCa Rioja, a red wine that embodies the maximum expression of classic elegance and aging potential.

Crafted by the prestigious Bodegas Muga, this Gran Reserva is born in high-altitude vineyards at the foothills of the Montes Obarenes, which guarantees slow ripening and vibrant acidity. In its traditional Riojan blend, the Tempranillo grape takes center stage, masterfully supported by Garnacha, Mazuelo, and Graciano. Its production process is a tribute to craftsmanship: fermentation in oak vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by 36 months of aging in French and American oak barrels made in the winery's own cooperage. Subsequently, the wine is refined for at least another 36 months in the bottle before being released.

It is an essential enological jewel for collectors and lovers of great Rioja wine, ideal for elevating any luxury gastronomic experience. Its aging potential is extraordinary, allowing its nuances to evolve and integrate even further over time. Without a doubt, a safe investment for any personal cellar.

Tasting note of Muga Prado Enea Gran Reserva:

Deep cherry red color. Aromas of blackberry, plum, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. On the palate, it is silky, medium-high bodied, with velvety tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
