Appearance: It has a deep cherry red colour, with violet nuances that reflect its youth and freshness.

Nose: Intense and complex aromas that combine wild red fruits (raspberry, cherry, currant) with subtle floral touches of violet. Mineral and undergrowth notes intertwine with a spicy background of black pepper, clove and cocoa.
