Description

Le Fleq Blanco 2023 is an Andalusian white wine made mainly from the Palomino Fino variety (91%), complemented with small proportions of Perruno (3%), Cañocazo (3%) and Mantúo (3%).

These grapes come from organic vineyards located in the Pago de Añina, in the province of Cádiz. After a manual harvest, the must ferments in 500-liter French oak barrels, where the wine remains for 10 months on lees, developing a light layer of flor veil. Production is limited, with approximately 2,000 bottles.

Le Fleq Blanco tasting note:

Appearance: Straw yellow color with a slight natural turbidity due to its minimal filtration.

Nose: Medium-intensity aromas that require initial aeration, highlighting notes of white-fleshed fruits and mineral nuances.

Palate: On the palate it is creamy and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. It has a slightly bitter finish that is very pleasant.
