Dolç de Neu is an organic sweet white wine made from the Pansa Blanc (Xarel-lo) grape variety by the Pujol-Busquets family.

Dolç de Neu is cryomacerated for 18 hours to extract the aromas from the skins and then the grapes are lightly pressed. Fermentation in barrels and then stopped naturally, with a high residual sugar content.

Tasting notes

Sight - Intense yellow colour with golden reflections.

Nose - Aromas of peach and pear in syrup, citrus and white flowers integrated with a subtle background of toasted notes from the ageing process.

Palate - The syrups and citrus are confirmed, very well integrated with the ageing tastes. Extreme palate with an exceptional acid-sweet balance; fresh, rustic and personalised wine.
