Description

Discover the pure essence of the Sierra de Salamanca with Viñas Serranas Ciclón, a minimal-intervention red wine that redefines the elegance and freshness of wines from Castilla y León. Made primarily from the native Rufete variety, complemented by touches of Calabrés and Rufete Blanco, this wine is a true reflection of its exceptional terroir.

The vineyards, cultivated under organic and biodynamic principles, are rooted in granite and slate soils at over 650 meters of altitude, giving the wine unparalleled minerality and tension. In the winery, the philosophy of Viñas Serranas is based on absolute respect for the raw material: manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and partial use of whole clusters to enhance fruit expression. Its 10-month aging, divided between used French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, refines its tannins without masking the purity of the fruit.
